Las Vegas Opens $3.5M HOME Grants To Boost Affordable Housing
City of Las Vegas opens $3.5 million HOME grants to support affordable housing development for low-income residents. Developers may apply through Jan. 15, 2026.

LAS VEGAS — Oct. 16, 2025. The city of Las Vegas has opened the grant application process for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Developers can now access the RFP, public notice of funding, and program manual on the city website, with complete eligibility and submission requirements.

Available funding: Approximately $3.5 million in HOME and Account for Affordable Housing dollars to create, preserve, and improve affordable housing for low-income households.

Eligible project types:

  • New construction
  • Acquisition/Rehabilitation
  • Rehabilitation of multi-family units

Who should apply: Developers seeking gap funding for eligible affordable housing developments. Primary capital should be LIHTC (low-income housing tax credits), private activity bonds, or private financing; HOME can fill remaining gaps.

Deadline: 3 p.m. PST on Jan. 15, 2026.
