The city of Las Vegas has opened applications for two major federal grant programs supporting nonprofit organizations: the Community Development Block Grant and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program. Mandatory workshops will be held Oct. 28, and applications must be submitted by Nov. 13, 2025.
