Clark County launches $750,000 grant program to revitalize the Spring Mountain Corridor serving Las Vegas Chinatown and Koreatown.

Clark County, Nevada — Clark County has announced the launch of a new business grant program aimed at revitalizing the Spring Mountain Road corridor, a culturally significant area home to Las Vegas’ Chinatown and Koreatown communities.

The initiative is part of Inspiring Spring Mountain, a long-term improvement and redevelopment effort focused on the corridor bounded by Interstate 15, Desert Inn Road, Rainbow Boulevard, and Twain Avenue. The area has experienced rapid growth over the years, emerging as a vibrant commercial and cultural hub.

County officials said the expansion created a need for a structured redevelopment framework to ensure the corridor remains safe, resilient, and prepared for future growth.

Beginning tomorrow, businesses may apply for funding through the Corridor Improvement Grant Program, the catalyst project under the Inspiring Spring Mountain initiative. The Clark County Redevelopment Agency has allocated $750,000 for the program.

Eligible businesses can apply for grants ranging from $25,000 to $75,000, with funds intended to support:

County officials said the grants are designed to strengthen neighborhood identity, improve walkability, and support small businesses that contribute to the corridor’s character.

The Spring Mountain Road area serves as a key destination for dining, retail, and cultural events, drawing residents and visitors from across Southern Nevada. Leaders view the grant program as a way to preserve the district’s unique identity while supporting modernization and public safety.
