LAS VEGAS (LVN) — GRAMMY and Emmy Award-winning and Oscar-nominated singer, songwriter and actress Mary J. Blige will headline her first Las Vegas residency in 2026, bringing her celebrated catalog to Dolby Live at Park MGM for a limited engagement on the Strip.

Titled “Mary J. Blige: My Life, My Story — The Las Vegas Residency,” the production is scheduled for May 1-2 and 6-9, 2026, with additional performances set for July 10-11, 15 and 17-18.

The residency will take place at Dolby Live, the 5,200-seat theater inside Park MGM. The venue has become a premier destination for major music residencies, offering advanced acoustics and immersive production capabilities designed for arena-level performances in an intimate environment.

Blige, widely known as the “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul,” has shaped contemporary R&B since the early 1990s. Her debut album, What’s the 411?, introduced a fusion of hip-hop production and soulful vocals that influenced a generation of artists. Over her career, she has released 14 studio albums and earned nine GRAMMY Awards, along with numerous Billboard and American Music Awards.

Beyond music, Blige has earned critical acclaim in film and television. She received Academy Award nominations for her supporting role in Mudbound and for the film’s original song “Mighty River.” She is also an Emmy Award winner, underscoring her impact across multiple entertainment platforms.

While full production details for “My Life, My Story” have not been released, the residency format typically allows artists to present career-spanning performances tailored specifically for Las Vegas audiences. The show is expected to feature selections from Blige’s multi-platinum catalog alongside newer material.

The announcement further strengthens Las Vegas’ position as a year-round entertainment capital, with globally recognized artists anchoring extended engagements across major Strip venues.

Additional ticketing and presale information is expected to be announced through Park MGM and MGM Resorts channels.
