The Salvation Army to host free workshop on will planning in Goleta, Oct. 29

The Salvation Army invites community members to attend a complimentary Will Planning Workshop on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Santa Barbara/Goleta, located at 6878 Hollister Avenue, Goleta.

This free educational workshop is designed to help adults (55+) better understand the importance of having a will and creating a plan that protects the people and belongings they care about most. Topics will include the basics of will planning, preparing for the future, and practical steps that can help families navigate life’s transitions with greater confidence.

Attendees will hear from experienced professionals, receive a complimentary Will Planning Guide, and have an opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed and informative setting. Family members and friends are welcome to attend. 

A complimentary lunch will be provided. This community ministry is offered at no cost and with no obligation. No solicitations will be made.
