The event was organized by the county’s internal events team, often referred to as the “A Team,” which coordinated the Service Awards Brunch. County leaders also recognized the County Manager for hosting the ceremony and supporting workforce appreciation initiatives.
Officials said the annual Service Awards celebration is designed not only to recognize longevity, but also to reinforce a culture of service, teamwork and accountability. Long-term employees, leaders said, provide stability during periods of growth and change, particularly as Clark County continues to expand along with the broader Las Vegas Valley.
