The city of Las Vegas and Cox Communications will host the fourth annual Ward 5 Holiday Lighting Event on Nov. 20. Councilwoman Shondra Summers-Armstrong will join Cox officials to turn on the holiday lights along Martin L. King Jr. Boulevard.
