LAS VEGAS (Las Vegas News) — Clark County leaders and workforce partners gathered Thursday at the Las Vegas Convention Center to preview Nevada’s largest spring job fair, an event expected to connect thousands of job seekers with more than 100 employers across Southern Nevada.
Jim Gibson and Tick Segerblom joined representatives from workforce agencies and community organizations to highlight the upcoming 2026 Spring Job Fair, scheduled for Friday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the convention center’s West Hall.
Officials said the event will feature more than 100 employers offering thousands of job openings across multiple industries, including hospitality, healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and government.
“This job fair brings together employers who are actively hiring and job seekers who are ready to work,” Gibson said during remarks at the preview event. “It’s about strengthening the local workforce and connecting people with opportunities that support families and grow our economy.”
Hundreds of Hiring Opportunities
The job fair, organized in partnership with EmployNV and regional workforce agencies, aims to provide direct access to hiring managers and recruiters. Many participating companies will conduct on-site interviews, and some employers may offer same-day hiring for qualified candidates.
Officials say the scale of the event makes it one of the largest workforce recruitment efforts in the state each year.
Participating employers represent a broad range of sectors, including major hospitality companies, healthcare providers, transportation firms, educational institutions, and government agencies.
Resume Help and Career Support
For job seekers preparing to attend, organizers say support services will also be available on-site. The EmployNV Career Hub will provide resume assistance, career guidance, and employment resources to help applicants strengthen their chances during interviews.
“Events like this make a real difference because they bring employers and job seekers together in one place,” Segerblom said. “It’s an opportunity for people to find a new career path, not just a job.”
Faster Check-In Available
Clark County officials are encouraging job seekers to pre-register online to speed up the check-in process on the day of the event.
The Spring Job Fair is open to the public and free to attend.
Workforce leaders say the event plays a key role in helping employers address labor shortages while giving residents access to immediate employment opportunities across Southern Nevada’s growing economy.
