A former Las Vegas man has been indicted on federal charges of cyberstalking and sexual exploitation of a minor after prosecutors say he harassed a victim for years through letters and social media. He was arrested in Las Vegas and remains in federal custody as the case moves forward in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
